Abbas: No peace talks without settlement freeze

The Palestinian Authority will not resume peace talks with Israel unless the Jewish state freezes construction in the West Bank, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said ffollowing a meeting in Cairo with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. (AFP)
