Settlers claim Palestinian attacked farmer, stole goat
Settlers reported that a Palestinian herdsman attacked a Jewish farmer near the West Bank settlement of Tapuach and plundered his goat. The Israel Defense Forces has launched an investigation into the report. (Efrat Weiss)
