Abbas: Indict those who harmed our women, children
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas explained his decision to defer debates on the Goldstone Report in the UN's Human Rights Council with the attempts of committee members to change the original decision's draft.
Abbas stated that he ordered the PA's ambassador to Geneva to promote a comprehensive discussion of the report "in order to indict those who committed crimes against our children and women." He accused Hamas of using the affair to evade reconciliation talks with the Palestinian factions. (Ali Waked)
