Palestinian official: Talks unlikely to resume soon
Chief Palestinian Negotiator Saeb Erekat said that the Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations were unlikely to resume in the foreseeable future.
"There are big gaps… Israel has yet to express any willingness to commit to the Road Map and halting settlement expansion, or to picking up the negotiations where they were left off," he said in an interview with Voice of Palestine radio. (Ali Waked)
