Damien Kerlik appeals court against being held in cuffs all day

Damien Kerlik, charged with murdering the Ushrenko family, appealed the Tel Aviv District Court against the decision to keep him handcuffed all day long.
His legal representation, Attorney Uri Kenan from the Public Defender's Office claimed, "The State of Israel cannot treat defendants, even in harsh crimes, as was done in the Spanish Inquisition." (Vered Luvitch)
