PM on Shalit deal: We won't release 'symbols of terror'
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a meeting with Likud MKs that Israel will not release "symbols of terror" as part of a prisoner swap deal.
In respect to peace talks with the Palestinians, Netanyahu said that Israel aspires to "resume negotiations, without negotiations." He nevertheless stressed that the settlement construction will resume within eight months. (Attila Somfalvi)
