Samaritan priest Elazar Ben-Tsedaka dies
The high priest of the Samaritan community in Israel, Elazar Ben-Tsedaka, died in his home in Mount Grizim at the age of 83. His funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at the Samaritan cemetery.
Ben-Tsedaka served as a priest for the past five years. Aharon Ben Av-Hasda, two weeks younger than Ben-Tsedaka, has been appointed to serve in his stead. (Tal Rabinovsky)
