Khamenei: Islamic regime will survive pressures put on it
Iran's spiritual leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said that the unity of the Iranian people "will astound" the Western powers on the 31st anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, which will be celebrated this coming Thursday.
In a speech to the Iranian air force staff, Khamenei added, "The Islamic regime will withstand all the pressures being put on it, and American and Zionism will not succeed in hurting Iran with their political and economic tools or through threats." (Dudi Cohen)
