'Jewish terrorist' to undergo psychiatric observation
The Jerusalem District Court sent "Jewish terrorist" Jacob Teitel, who was charged with two counts of murder and attempts on Professor Sternhell and Messianic Jews for psychiatric observation on Sunday.
A hearing on the evaluation will be held on May 17. Teitel's attorney, Asher Ohayon said the psychiatrist that examined his client at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center determined he was in a psychotic state. The Jerusalem district prosecution said the defendant must undergo observation by the district psychiatrist. (Shmulik Grossman)
