Katz: Train system to be built in West Bank 'for peace'
Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz toured Shomron Regional Council, and said that he plans to establish a system of railway tracks in the West Bank. According to him, the train will be built with aid from international sources and will connect Jenin with the Jordan Valley and Jerusalem.
"The ultimate goal is transport of passengers and goods to all destinations for peace," said Katz. "There is a place for dialogue – Jews have been and will be here for eternity." (Shmulik Grossman)
