Beinish: State violated injunction by paving road near outpost
Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish slammed the State's conduct, claiming it violated an injunction by expanding a road paved between the settlement of Eli and the Hayovel outpost.
Speaking during a discussion on a petition filed by the Yesh Din organization, Beinish said that "if the outpost is illegal, why was the road paved there? Continuing to pave the road after an injunction was issued is a serious matter." (Aviad Glickman)
