Report: Exchange of fire result of Lebanese Army policy

A representative of the Lebanese Army who attended a meeting with the IDF and UNIFIL on Wednesday said that the conflict started by the army on Tuesday was not an isolated event but stemmed from a decision to respond to any violation of his country's sovereignty, the As-Safir newspaper reported.
