Lador rejects request to reverse Har-Shefi's conviction
State Prosecutor Moshe Lador rejected a request to reverse the conviction of Margalit Har-Shefi, who was convicted of failure to prevent the murder of assassinated Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. "The current request contains no new explanation warranting reexamination of the State's position," the Justice Ministry said,
A statement issued by the ministry noted that Lador determined the request was identical to one submitted in 2008 to then Attorney General Menachem Mazuz who found no basis to declare a retrial. (Aviad Glickman)
