Jerusalem District Court President Mousia Arad instructed the attorney of Pini Cohen, who threw a show at Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish, to try to reach a settlement with the prosecution on the severity of his sentence.
Earlier, the prosecution said it would certainly consider lightening the punishment. "Three years behind bars for this crime is a long, painful, deterrent, effective punishment," the representative for the prosecution said. "But a lower punishment would also answer to this description. It would not be a lighter sentence, but a less heavy one." (Dor Glick)
