An Iraqi police officer says three car bombs have exploded in the northern city of Kirkuk, wounding 27 civilians.
Brig. Gen. Sarhad Qadir said Saturday morning that the parked cars exploded over a 30-minute period in three adjacent Kurdish areas. (AP)
