Hamas: Abbas hindering reconciliation attempts

Hamas criticized Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas who, they claimed, was hindering an agreement between the Palestinian factions. "Continuation of the arrests and torture of Hamas members in the West Bank is proof that the PA leadership are ignoring reconciliation efforts," a member of the movement said during a press conference in Damascus.
