Israel complains to UN over rocket attack
Israel's ambassador to the United Nations Meiron Reuven filed a complaint with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki moon following the fire of a Qassam rocket at Ashkelon Coast Regional Council Tuesday morning.
Reuven said Israel placed full responsibility on the Hamas, which is acting in direct violation of international law, and added the Jewish State will continue to exercise its right to self defense. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
