Palestinian arrested near Beit Lid

Police on Friday arrested an illegal alien - a 23-year-old Palestinian who tried to escape by hiding in a sand pile in the area near the Beit Lid junction.
The Palestinian has previously been convicted of illegal entry and residency in Israel and is already under probation. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
