Al-Jazeera: Livni offered to transfer Arab villages to Palestinian state

According to document published by Arab news network al-Jazeera and UK-based the Guardian newspaper, former Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni offered to "transfer" Israeli-Arabs to a Palestinian state in return for settlements, which would remain on Israeli territory.

The documents also reveal that in 2008, former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice offered to settle Palestinian refugees in South America. (Ynet)
