The head government appraiser determined that the prices of apartments have risen by 30% over the past two years.

The appraiser determined that the prices of apartments in 16 Israeli cities in the fourth quarter of 2010 have risen by 13.7% since the same quarter in 2009, and by 29.4% compared to 2008. (Ynet)
