Report: Syrian army withdraws from Banias, Daraa
Official sources in Syria said military forces have withdrawn from the cities of Banias and Daraa, British network BBC reported on Saturday.
According to the report, the Syrian officials stated that talks over the implementation of reforms will begin next week. (Ynet)
