Mosque set on fire near Ramallah; Hebrew slogans written on walls
Unidentified perpetrators vandalized a mosque in a Palestinian village near Ramallah. Some carpets were set on fire, and Hebrew slogans were written on its walls - including "Aley Ayin, the name of a Jewish outpost that was evacuated last week. Army and police forces are on the scene.
Palestinian sources told Ynet that tires were found in the mosque as well, apparent remains of an attempt to set the entire facility on fire. (Yair Altman and Elior Levy)
