Deri to social protesters: No political party ever did what you have
Former Shas leader Aryeh Deri cheered on the social protesters, while simultaneously taking a jab at his former political party, during the Calcalist business convention on Wednesday. "No other political party ever managed to do what you have done," remarked Deri.
"I dreamt about seeing exactly what I have been seeing these past weeks; citizens who want to take fate into their own hands," he added. "The ultra-Orthodox community is also undergoing profound changes, and these changes should be encouraged." (Aviel Magnezi)
