PLO envoy to US: UN vote will change nothing
In an interview with CNN Sunday, the Palestinian Liberation Organization's Ambassador to the US Maen Areikat said: "We know that the UN vote isn't going to change the conditions on the ground. Israel is strong."
Areikat added: "We can't sit and negotiate for the sake of negotiating, when settlements are constructed on land meant for our state." (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
