Report: Israel ranks 83 out of 114 in economic freedom
Israel is rated 83 out of 114 in the Economic Freedom of the World Index, published by the Jerusalem Institute for Market Studies (JIMS).
Israel has dropped 35 spots in the total ranking since 2005, and was downgraded two spots from last year's report. "The index reflects the middle class protest on the cost of living," said JIMS co-founder and Executive Director Corinne Sauer. (Ynet)
