Egyptian FM to UN: Egypt committed to PA's UN bid
Mohamed Kamel Ali Amr, Egypt's Minister for Foreign Affairs, addressed the UN General Assembly on Saturday, and said that Cairo supports the Palestinian bid for statehood. He urged the UN to support the bid and called for a "just peace based on the two-states solution."
Amr criticized Israel for disregarding the international community's demand to cease settlement expansion, and what he called Israel's infractions of international law. (Ynet)
