Prisoner exchange deal: Peres to meet with Aviva, Noam Shalit
President Shimon Peres will meet on Wednesday with Aviva and Noam Shalit, parents of Hamas held captive soldier Gilad Shalit at the President's Residence in wake of the signing of the prisoner swap deal which will see Gilad Shalit freed after five years.
Later Peres will meet with the negotiating team and will be handed a copy of the prisoner list. On Saturday night the president is expected to receive the relevant legal information in order to prepare the pardons necessary for the completion of the deal. (Ronen Medzini)
