Hamas: Gaza blockade to be lifted within framework of Shalit deal
Hamas senior official Mahmoud al-Zahar on Tuesday told the Palestinian media that "the issue of the Gaza Strip's isolation will end" within the framework of the Shalit deal. Al-Zahar said that "when the prisoners are released we must build them homes, it means that the blockade will be lifted and these people will be rehabilitated".
He claims that Israel made a commitment to improve prisoner conditions in Israel through the renewal of family visits. (Roi Kais)
