Knife-wielding Palestinian nabbed near settlement

A Palestinian man in his 30s was apprehended while attempting to cross the security fence surrounding the West Bank settlement of Otniel. The Palestinian was carrying a large knife when he was caught.
During his interrogation the man confessed to planning to carry out a terror attack, but later retracted his admission. (Yair Altman)
