Four years after he shot killed a Palestinian suspect; Company Commander Major Shahar Mor has been exonerated. The Central District Prosecution on Tuesday decided to close the case due to insufficient evidence and decided not to indict him for the charges of negligent homicide or manslaughter. (Yoav Zitun)
