Bulgaria: Explosives may have been hidden in tourists' luggage

The Bulgarian interior minister said in an interview to Bulgarian radio that the investigation into the Burgas terrorist attack on Israelis is focusing on two possible causes: Either the explosive device was put in the bus before the tourists boarded or the explosives were in the tourists' luggage.
