Firefighting aircraft diverted from Even Sapir to Tivon
Jerusalem's Fire Department has announced that the firefighting aircraft that were scrambled to put out a fire near the town of Even Sapir have been diverted to aid with the blaze in Tivon. This after the blaze in the Jerusalem vicinity appeared to be under control.
The police and fire departments have established a joint control center at the Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center. Some 20 firefighting squads are still making efforts to put out the flames completely. (Noam "Dabul" Dvir)
