Hamas: 3 Palestinians assisted terrorists in Sinai attack
A Hamas security official stated that three Palestinians who are affiliated with salafi groups and are taking refuge in Gaza Strip, provided technical assistance to the terrorists who carried out the attack in Sinai which killed 16 Egyptian soldiers.
London-based Al-Hayat paper reported that Hamas agreed to hand over the three Palestinians at the behest of Egyptian security forces. Hamas has denied the report, claiming that it did not receive such a request from Egypt. (Elior Levy)
