Gaza rocket lands in open area near Ashkelon
A rocket fired from the central Gaza Strip landed in an open area near Ashkelon for the first time since the end of Operation Pillar of Defense.
Israel has detected at least one failed mortar firing attempt in the past week. The rocket likely landed inside the Gaza Strip. (Yoav Zitun)
