Study: Middle class shrinking in quality, quantity
A new study published by the Adva Center found that the number of households earning between 75% to 125% of the median income (i.e., middle class) declined from 30.8% in 1992 to 27.8% in 2010. In Scandinavian countries the number of those affiliated with the middle class is 60% and in Europe 50%. (Avital Lahav)
