MKs Lapid, Tibi mend fences
Yesh Atid Chairman Yair Lapid and United Arab List-Ta'al MK Ahmad Tibi, who have been locking horns over a comment made by Lapid on election nights regarding Arab MKs, have reportedly been able to mend fences.
Lapid stated at the time that his party "will not sit in a coalition with various 'Zoabois,'" referring to balad MK Hanin Zoabi. Lapid assured Tibi the comment was a slip of the tongue and was not meant to disrespect his Arab peers in the Knesset. (Yuval Karni)
