UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said he was in favor of discussions on a possible lawsuit against the Syrian President Bashar Assad at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.
In an interview to an Austrian magazine, Ban added that "the massive violations of human rights" in Syria "may amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity." (AFP)
