Meteorite sighted in skies above central Israel

A meteorite has been sighted traveling east in the skies above central Israel. According to assessments, its weight is between a couple of hundred grams and a few kilograms.
The meteorite was completely burned upon entering the earth atmosphere and did not hit the Earth's surface. (Dr. Yigal Pat-El)
