MK Nitzan Horowitz announces he's running for mayor of Tel Aviv

Knesset Member Nitzan Horowitz (Meretz) officially announced that he is running for mayor of Tel Aviv. "I love this city, living it day and night," he said in a press conference.
"I cannot imagine my life anywhere else," he added. Horowitz, 48, is a former journalist and was first elected to the Knesset in 2009 as the Meretz list. (Gilad Morag)
