Health Ministry detects polio virus in Rahat sewage

The Ministry of Health identified the polio virus in the Bedouin city of Rahat's sewage system in a routine monitoring operation. As of now, there are no known cases of virus infections. The ministry released a statement saying it is preparing to assist the health institutions in Rahat to handle the event. (Dr. Itay Gal)
