Tax Authority will publish list of companies with tax benefits
The Israeli Tax Authority will publish a list of companies in the country which enjoyed a reduced tax rate under the Encouragement of Capital Investments law in years 2006-2012. The publication was permitted under a petition filed with the Tel Aviv District Court.
Even so, the authority will not disclose data regarding the extent of benefits received by private companies, claiming that this is a violation of tax confidentiality laws. (Avital Lahav)
