Prosecutors: Indictment against singer Kobi Peretz
The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor’s Office has informed singer Kobi Peretz that it will be filing charges against him for tax offenses and threats. The indictment says that between years 2005-2009, Peretz filed false tax returns, hiding earnings of more than NIS 5 million. Additionally, he provided false statements in order to escape taxes in the amount of NIS 831,197. He is also accused of sending his manager a threatening text message. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
