Turkey: Man killed during rally in memory of June riots victim

A 22-year old protester was killed Monday night in southern Turkey during clashes with the police, media reported Tuesday.

The young man was shot in the head by a tear gas canister during a rally in memory of one of the victims of an anti-government revolt in June, the Dogan news agency reported. (AFP)
