Russia: Thwarted attack on chemical disarmament facility

Russian security forces announce they prevented an attack on a chemical disarmament facility some 900 km (650 miles) west of Moscow.
A senior official noted that the attack was planned to be carried out in September, and that its two planners, aged 19 and 21, were arrested. (AFP)
