Supreme Court judges, female MKs meet to promote women's rights
Four female Supreme Court judges discretely met at the Supreme Court in Jerusalem with female members of Knesset. The rare meeting of judges and MKs occurred in what is supposed to be the first of many regular meetings to promote the empowerment of women in Israel.
The inaugural meeting is the initiative of female MKs who run the women's lobby in the Knesset, whose purpose is to promote women's rights, gender equality, and female independence. (Aviel Magnezi and Moran Azulay)
