Rain causes flooding, Galilee's water level rises
Rain has flooded the promenade in Tel Aviv across from the Dan Intercontinental hotel, as well as State Square, causing major problems for drivers.
So far the storm has produced 25 mm of rain in Tel Aviv, 30 mm in the North and Golan Heights, 7 mm in Jerusalem and a whopping 45 mm of rain in Kfar Saba. The Sea of Galilee's level has risen by 1 cm, standing at -211.39 meters. (Maor Buchnik and Itay Blumenthal)
