Iron Dome deployed in Ashdod, schools still not in session
An Iron Dome battery was placed Monday night in Ashdod in light of recent escalation in the south of Israel. However, several schools in the city are still not in session due to lack of protective shelters.
About 3,500 of the 54,000 students in the city are not in school due to missile protection issues. (Matan Tzuri)
