Mustafa al-Sawaf. the editor of the Hamas affiliated newspaper Al-Risala said that the movement would examine the initiative presented by US Secretary of State John Kerry for a ceasefire, but noted that the clauses related to the demilitarization of Hamas and the insistence of keeping IDF troops in the Gaza Strip are problematic.
