Reservist General Shamni: Change in status quo at Temple Mount caused Arab unrest
Reservist General Gadi Shamni addressed the recent terrorist attacks in Israel and told Ynet on Tuesday: "There was a very significant change in the status quo at the Temple Mount, which caused agitation and incitement in the Arab sector. We are hearing a lot of heated statements on the subject, and what is most important is to lower the flames."
Shamni also addressed the situation in the Palestinian street and said, "There is a certain limit that Abu Mazen (Abbas) can maintain when his people are saying that his way does not lead anywhere."
