Indictment filed against Hamas electrician who aided in tunnel and rocket building
The Southern District Prosecution filed an indictment in the Be'er Sheva District Court against Akram Juda, a member of the military wing of Hamas, who functioned as an electrician in the police unit of the terrorist organization. Juda was responsible for the electrical infrastructure of the tunnels built by Hamas and assembling motors that were used to dig the tunnels. Furthermore, Juda took part in the production of rockets and bombs.
The charges against Juda include offenses against state security, conspiracy for crime, providing service to an unlawful organization, contact with a foreign agent, arms smuggling and more.
